COVID-19: If the government announces total confinement and a travel ban, we will offer you 2 solutions: a full refund excluding transaction fees (3%) or a credit note valid for 1 year.
Cancellation: Beyond 60 days before your arrival, your stay will be fully refunded (excluding transaction fees - 3%).
Cancellation: Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival, we will only refund 70% of the amount of your reservation.
Cancellation: In the 30 days prior to your reservation, we will only refund 30% of the amount of your reservation.
We provide linens and bath towels. You don't have to bring anything.
We accept dogs (paid option). The venue and location are perfectly suited for them. They will be able to walk along the beach, along the port or even rest in the cottage.
Attention: We do not provide any material for them. Any possible damage will be entirely your responsibility. Please do not let them climb on the beds and on the sofa.
The reception takes place in our restaurant Le Belvédère right next to our accommodation, from 4 p.m. until the restaurant closes, i.e. 10 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
If however you wish to arrive later, we will be happy to find a solution together.
Departure time is initially scheduled at 10am Monday to Saturday and 12pm on Sunday. Depending on the arrivals after you, we can shift it. Simply contact your private concierge directly.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find everything you need to cook on site: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, set of pots and pans, dishes, etc.
We also provide you with a tea towel, washing-up liquid, a sponge, coffee filters, an absorbent cloth, dishwasher tablets, etc.

Bicycle rental, swimming, pedal boats... go to La Maison des Lacs, the Mesnil-Saint-Père tourist office, 100 meters from the Cottages! They will be able to inform you about all the activities to do in our pretty department!
